Participle can be used to modify noun
1. Present participle or -ing adjective
it is used to describe the effect that something has on people's feeling
example : it is interesting movie
sometimes -ing adjective is used to describe something that continues
over a period of time
example :
the increasing unemployment makes a problem.
2. Past participle or -ed adjective
it is used to describe people's feeling
example : i want to go home. I'm bored here

1. The games excite the people. The people are excited. It is an exiting game.
2. The problem confuses the students. It is a confusing problem.
